Terms of use

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Tropic Tumble: Kitchen Merge on any device you own or personally control, for your own enjoyment.

You are not allowed to sell, rent, sublicense, publish, or commercially exploit the game or any of its content. You are not allowed to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except to the extent your local law forbids restricting those activities.

All the art, music, characters, recipes, writing, and code in Tropic Tumble: Kitchen Merge belongs to JPott Studios or to the people we license from. Playing the game does not transfer any of that ownership to you.

Some items in Tropic Tumble: Kitchen Merge can be bought with real money through the App Store or Google Play. These include one-time purchases such as coin or gem packs, one-time upgrades such as Remove Ads, and optional subscriptions.

How payment works. All money changes hands between you and Apple or Google, using the payment method you have on file with them. We never see your card number or your billing address. Your receipt shows JPott Studios as the seller, but the transaction itself is processed by the store you bought from.

Consumables, non-consumables, and subscriptions. Coin and gem packs, and single-event boosters, are consumable. Once used, they cannot be restored. A one-time upgrade such as Remove Ads is non-consumable and follows your store account, so if you reinstall the game or switch to a new phone with the same Apple ID or Google account, you can restore it in Settings. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least twenty-four hours before the renewal.

Refunds. Digital purchases are non-refundable except through the store that processed them. Apple handles Apple refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com. Google handles Google refunds through the Play Store app. If the store approves a refund, the item bought is removed from your account automatically.

Prices and availability. Prices, offers, and the set of items in the shop may change. Events are time-limited by design and may end. Nothing in these terms guarantees that any specific item, event, or feature will remain in the game indefinitely.

The game is rated for general audiences and does not contain graphic violence, sexual content, or strong language. It is designed to be safe for children to play alongside adults.

If you are under the age of majority in your region, please make sure a parent or guardian is okay with any purchases you make. All purchases go through the app store, which offers parental controls to require approval on every purchase.

Tropic Tumble: Kitchen Merge is a small, cozy game. To keep it that way, please do not:

• Attempt to modify, hack, or tamper with the game or your save file to gain items or currency you did not earn or pay for.
• Use bots, automation, or scripts to play on your behalf.
• Exploit a bug you have found in a way that damages other players' experience or lets you accumulate paid currency for free. If you find one, please email us so we can fix it.
• Impersonate JPott Studios, or claim any of our art, music, or writing as your own.
• Use the game for anything illegal in the place where you play it.

If you break these rules, we may end your license to play and remove the game from your account.

Tropic Tumble: Kitchen Merge is provided as is. We work hard to keep it stable, welcoming, and free of the frustrating patterns you see in many free games, but we cannot promise the game will always be available, will always be free of bugs, or will be a perfect fit for your device.

Tropic Tumble: Kitchen Merge is entertainment. It is not medical, therapeutic, nutritional, or wellness advice. The recipes and ingredients in the game are stylised for gameplay, not for real-world cooking.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in the place where you live.

You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. See our data and account deletion page for the practical steps to remove your on-device save and to ask us to delete any server-side record of your purchases.

We can suspend or end your license to play if you break these terms in a serious or repeated way, or if we are required to by law. If we do, your on-device save may become unusable, and any consumable currency in it will be lost.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.

We may update these terms as the game grows. When we do, we will update the date at the top of the page. Meaningful changes will be highlighted on this page for at least thirty days. If you keep playing after the change goes live, that counts as accepting the new version.
